State Advisory Committee is Headed by Prof. V. Vasanthi Devi, Former Vice Chancellor MSU, Tirunelveli and the  Committee consists of educationists, activists and advocates, who have been in the field of human rights for more than two decades and have contributed substantially on human rights issues.
