A 52-page Manual for CRE Club was prepared by project team and the same was released by Mr. R. Sudhan I.A.S, Special Project Director, Tamil Nadu School Education Department, during the two day follow up training Programme for CRE Facilitators on 22^nd December in Trichy. The Manual contains the Vision, Mission, Objectives of CRE Clubs and it elaborate the structure of the clubs together with the roles and responsibilities of the club members, the coordinators of the sub committees, the facilitators and the NGO Directors. It also speaks about specific rules and regulations for organizing the general body of the clubs and each and every club meeting. The guidelines for District Level Inauguration and village level clubs are enclosed in the manual. A brief write-up about the composition of the CRE Clubs and the participating the children and brief concept note of the background and the design of the CRE Programme are also enclosed in the manual to give an idea about the comprehensive nature of the CRE Programme.
